If there's a fault with the product...
If you bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase*, we'll give you a replacement or a refund. If you've had the product for up to 1 year, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
* If you had your item delivered, your delivery packaging counts as your receipt/proof of purchase.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 7 days. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. To cancel, you can email us or write to us within seven working days** of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). Item(s) must be returned by registered post in original packaging.
